Se alle anmeldelseneGreat class, good flow, very easy to understand instructions. We moved fast enough to get a good sweat going but not so fast that I felt like I was playing Simon Says or anything. Also, this was a heated class, but reasonable, thank God because sometimes these studios are hot enough to melt your soul like a stick of butter on Georgia asphalt. Let's be reasonable for Christ's sake we're already working up a sweat, no need to broil us into yogi jerky!

The class was structured so beautifully, she gave such clear cues, gave lots of options for people of varying abilities, had us holding poses for the exact right amount of time before feeling too exhausted, and really kept us moving and got me sweating. The playlist really added to the chilled out vibe and was not distracting. I loved this class and will definitely be back

The instructor, Amanda, provided demonstrations of every move with modifications for those who needed it. She was helpful, kind, and mindful of different levels in the room.
