It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

I’m recovering from a lower leg injury and had I seen the programming, I would not have signed up. I approached Cheri to explain my situation and ask for mods and she was so helpful. The experience combines contrast therapy (sauna and cold plunge), breathwork, and low-impact toning. We started with 20 minutes in the sauna for breathwork and self-massage, followed by a 90-second cold plunge. We repeated this, adding some Pilates-style toning in the sauna, then ended with a final 10-minute sauna rest. The instructor, Shreds, was supportive and explained each stage well. It’s a mental challenge—especially enduring 20 minutes in the heat and 90 seconds in the cold—but I’d definitely go again. Just remember to bring a large water bottle! Worth trying if you enjoy hot-cold therapy and want to push your mental limits.
