Logan really took his time to give me a comprehensive stretch and educate me about all of my tightnesses in my muscles. Will definitely be getting their RECVR Prime membership which allows for stretching, compression boots, and PEMF stretches EVERYDAY which is unheard of. That membership also includes 1 hydration IV, 1 sports massage, and 1 hyperbaric chamber session per month and it’s ONLY $299 per month! Incredible deal! 1000/10 recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

While this is not a “yoga” class, it is very reminiscent of Yin, where you are holding poses between 4-6 minutes. One of my favorite parts of the experience was having my own individual sauna. It was peaceful, private, and incredibly relaxing. Having that personal space allowed me to disconnect from the outside world, slow down, and truly focus on myself. The entire experience felt elevated and luxurious while still being warm and welcoming. Everything was thoughtfully designed to create an atmosphere where you can relax, recharge, and simply enjoy some much-needed time for yourself. Sometimes we all need to pause, breathe, relax, and reset, and ULU Wellness provided exactly that experience for me. If you’re in Austin and looking for a beautiful wellness experience with a private sauna, I highly recommend visiting ULU Wellness. Five stars for an incredible experience. But from the studio tour and introduction to the equipments ahead of the class, I felt ready and confident. The coach took into account the state of each student throughout the process. From the correction of movements, to the strength control during core training, and then to the final stretching and relaxation, the details of every link were handled very well. The atmosphere in the classroom was particularly harmonious. The students around me were encouraging each other and moving steadily along with the rhythm throughout the course.
