One note I’d make is that it is sometimes hard to hear the instructor over the music if she’s on the other end of the studio room; I’d recommend turning the music down a notch or speaking from the center of the room.

This class is invigorating but also helped calm my mind. Additionally, the studio is large enough to feel comfortable with personal space yet also feels cozy and welcoming, with good energy.

She gave such good verbal cues that she did not need to demonstrate anything. Great slow flow class. She gave different levels/options based on what you were in the mood for too.

Se alle anmeldelseneVivian was a great instructor and you can tell that she cares about those who attend her class because she knew everyone who was already there so it made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She was very clear with her instructions when teaching im the front of the class. This was my first mat Pilates class so I wasn’t sure if she would walk around and correct our forms or not. The class was great though. The only thing I didn’t love was the space itself. There was only a room divider between our class and the weights station so it didn’t feel very private. I don’t think I would go back because of the space itself but Vivian was great!

She was very attentive and provided clear instructions for one pose to the next. I appreciate that she asked permission before touching me and made sure to provide me with clean and sanitized materials.
