The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They also gave me a tour of all the other services they offer like cryo, light therapy, float room, etc. It was very clean and had a relaxing vibe. She has a wonderful, warm personality that makes you feel welcome and cared for right away. Her massage was truly intuitive. She knew exactly where I was holding tension and went above and beyond to ensure I left feeling completely renewed. I also tried the salt float, which was pure heaven.
