Chrys was great at explaining the techniques and getting us comfortable with to new props. I was so relaxed by the time we got into savasana that I actually fell asleep. The cool, aerobatic towel during savanna was a nice touch too. We stayed for a cold plunge and sauna.

I like the set up of the 12 circuits, option to scale heavy weights and 6 is all I really needed to feel sore today. The employee who checked me in gave me a clear explanation of how to do it, what the options are for temperature/time etc. She was very patient with me when I had some questions about if the door locks (it does not lock), and irrational fears about getting stuck in there, if they would forget I was in there…anyhow I appreciated her listening to me and really with no judgement that I could detect. You wear your own clothes but use their socks and slippers. You can listen to music on headphones they provide. I will be back for an additional session and maybe try the hyperbaric chamber🧡🔮💫

The session lasts 45 minutes, and if I could do anything differently as a first-timer, I would take a few short breaks during the session instead of staying in the entire time.
