The one thing I’m wondering if they clean the mats after each class - it doesn’t feel like it there’s always like crumbs or things on the mats and I think if they aren’t going to clean them, they should have participants wipe them down at the end of each class for sanitary reasons.

I never realize until today how much praising and modifications push me forward. Nick nearby anytime that I needed him and what I was slacking on positioning, he quickly got me back on track. I will definitely be returning to this gym and hopefully one day I’ll have a membership. Also, shout out to GEM at the front desk. She had such a bubbly personality and gave me a warm welcome, making me feel right at home.

Tyler was snarky in a totally fun way which helped to take my mind off how tough the workout was. But felt great afterwards!

I had been putting off trying this place because their website talks about heart rate monitors as an important, integrated part of the workout and while I wear a smart watch to measure my heart rate, I don't want it to play a big role in my workouts. I was pleased that there was no pressure whatsoever to wear or use the F45 branded, or any, heart rare monitor. The workout was great and the coaches gave helpful tips. I had to modify several exercises and it was totally fine, so don't be concerned about having to match anyone else's fitness level.

There was a lot of extension and lengthening exercises all done on a floor mat. Those 2 lb hand weights got pretty heavy towards the end of class. My heart rate did go up and I did have to take breaks. Overall, it was challenging but low impact. Even though I like the intensity of Lagree and Solidcore, I did enjoy this low impact workout and plan to go back.
