Only thing I’d suggest is to do a 2-3 minute whole group warm up (jumping jacks etc.) prior to hitting the stations. It felt weird to go right into sumo squats.

The only complaint I would have is the music is too loud. I’ll just wear earplugs next time - no big deal! Can’t wait to come back and get fit!!!
