Got a chance to meet some of the staff, everyone was great, really down to earth. Alex was superb, motivational, personable, and helpful. He helped me correct my form when needed. We ran 1 minute circuits which I soon realized were usually 45 sec but accidentally signed up for the wrong day. To my advantage, it gave me a few more secs during the circuits to focus on form, so I'm not mad about it. Would return, great gym, great energy, felt challenged.

Most classes at the studio are s super stressful environment, Taylor is one of the few which don’t leave you feeling like you are walking on egg shells the entire time and your ear drums are going to break

Treadmill can go super fast but always go on your own pace. I definitely felt the burn, in the best way possible. I appreciate Alex and the team for being so kind throughout the process. I will definitely be back and recommend taking this class!

Singing classes by Adele. Or skating lessons by Tony Hawk. When you're in a class with Austin - he lifts and propels you in a way like no other. This Peter Pan of Power had me so dialed in that I didn't even realize that I had completed the Wednesday workout that I call the Devil's Delight. Austin is the best in California if not the nation and I feel sincerely lucky to have an opportunity to have him an instructor.

It’s definitely difficult though and you really need to use your gut and upper body to do a lot of the moves but it was a lot of fun!

The instructor thoroughly goes through all the exercises (12 I think) But once you start, you quickly get a hang of the rotating and the exercises. The instructor was great at corrections in form. Ultimately, I loved it and will be back.
