Rachel is so knowledgeable about both the asanas of yoga and the spiritual teachings - I thoroughly enjoyed her explanation of the 8 limbs of yoga at the beginning of class. Class was held in the rooftop yoga dome, creating a nice inside/outside experience. Will definitely be coming back for more of Rachel’s classes!

He was able to accommodate each student’s individual needs with different exercises and adjust to each person’s skill level. Thank you!
