Rachel is so knowledgeable about both the asanas of yoga and the spiritual teachings - I thoroughly enjoyed her explanation of the 8 limbs of yoga at the beginning of class. Class was held in the rooftop yoga dome, creating a nice inside/outside experience. Will definitely be coming back for more of Rachel’s classes!

Se alle anmeldelseneInstruction from Nazli was lovely as usual. Only complaint in general is regarding the studio itself. Wish there were some shades covering the windows because it can get too bright to see and also quite warm when you're standing in the full sun. Otherwise the studio is great!

Super encouraging, explained things clearly, gave individual attention to each student regardless of where they were at with the skills we worked on. Can’t wait to come back to this one!
