I really appreciate how she intuitively guides the class based on what everyone needs that day. It makes every session feel personalized and meaningful. Se alle anmeldelseneThe class was amazing! I was expecting more melting into the mat “restorative” and we started with a lot of standing poses and strength work, so be prepared for that if you come - but by the end of the class I felt very relaxed and well. Valerie was a great teacher.

Jill said that for some folks some emotions will come up and in my case I started crying, and it felt good to have some release.
