Se alle anmeldelseneThis class was awesome! I really liked Cheryl’s flow - she’s very considerate when offering modifications and hands-on adjustment. I worked up a good sweat but the studio space is well ventilated and very clean. My only complaint is regarding etiquette during class - while I understand Pilates focuses on breathing techniques, in today’s class there was a client making excessive noise that was really distracting and felt inappropriate for a public space. This is not a reflection of the studio or instructor I’m hoping it was an isolated incident.

Rachel is so knowledgeable about both the asanas of yoga and the spiritual teachings - I thoroughly enjoyed her explanation of the 8 limbs of yoga at the beginning of class. Class was held in the rooftop yoga dome, creating a nice inside/outside experience. Will definitely be coming back for more of Rachel’s classes!

Se alle anmeldelseneWhew! What a class! I was dripping sweat all throughout! Definitely needed a lot of breaks which we were encouraged to take if our bodies needed it. Loved the music! Loved the energy! Loved the much needed affirmations before and after the class. I will be back for more.

The focus on opening up the shoulders, hips, and glutes was just what I needed at the end of the week/before a weekend of working (as a Registered Nurse). Wendy was a sub for this class and i’m glad I got to try out one of her classes. I will be back for more 💛

Se alle anmeldelseneI had never done Kundalini yoga before, but U found it to be a really meditative and reinvigorating experience. As someone who is pretty familiar with yoga, I was able to enjoy this experience even though I was unfamiliar with this type- I’m not sure I would recommend this for a complete beginner to yoga, however. Great experience, and I really love that it’s positioned right in the middle of the week to help increase your mindfulness and give you a reprieve from the stress of the workweek week.

I have taken the Metta Light Magic class 2x so far and I feel like it is an amazing experience for people who have already been on the healing path and want to dive deeper (others too of course). Nowadays it’s really hard to find leaders/healers/lightworkers that provide profound, accessible experiences in California. Sure, we can find yoga classes, guided meditation, etc. but based on my experience those classes are always surface-level. The way Victor incorporates different practices, tools, and spiritual knowledge is so expansive and potent! I'm so grateful for coming across Victor and the Metta Space!
