Hektor’s practice was just what I needed a day after doing weights - a hot room with intentional mediation and stretches in a heated room. He gave clear directions with modifications as we did a few repetitions of a few flows. He exuded a calm and peaceful vibe which I appreciated to start my day.

The instructor, Nikki, was encouraging, directive, and remained steady and grounded throughout the class without going woo woo nor overly militaristic. Her grounded energy transferred to the students in the class. A+.

I enjoyed getting to try some new forms, and styles plus helpful adjustments as well. I got a great sweat, vibing with the tunes, and also a quality relaxation. Lots of amenities to help you feel comfortable from showers, bottle filler, drink bar, and lockers. Such a great place for your hot yoga session!
