Se alle anmeldelseneI really liked CCY’s new hot yoga space. It has padded floors and high ceilings with a few windows for natural light. Hektor’s practice was just what I needed a day after doing weights - a hot room with intentional mediation and stretches in a heated room. He gave clear directions with modifications as we did a few repetitions of a few flows. He exuded a calm and peaceful vibe which I appreciated to start my day.

This studio is awesome and the instructor was nice and made the class workout but also relaxed . I also want to come back to this area because they have so many cute shops and restaurants . I will be back !
