Se alle anmeldelseneI really enjoyed the structure of this class. You can make it as challenging as you need. It’s wise with how hot the room is to go lighter in weights than your usual. The instructor was super friendly and actually did the workout with us. I love the cold lavender towel and popsicle at the end!

The hot room has a great ambiance with candles, mood lighting, and plenty of sweat inducing heat, plus a nice chilled towel to wrap it up. Give it a try!

The class was just what I needed. I got a chance to check out the facility and was impressed. Everyone I spoke to was friendly.
