Se alle anmeldelseneVery thoughtfully planned flow, I loved Ellison’s energy and how she had us holding poses for a longer duration of time instead of doing a fast paced cardio vinyasa, with still feeling that I got a good endurance and strength workout in. The temperature was perfect In not feeling to overwhelmed and light headed, but I definitely felt the added challenge from the heat!

The instructor, Nikki, was encouraging, directive, and remained steady and grounded throughout the class without going woo woo nor overly militaristic. Her grounded energy transferred to the students in the class. A+.

We didn't do a whole lot in the way of traditional yoga asanas, but I loved how the teacher based the practice on the upcoming Lunar New Year and how this relates to transitions and energy in the body. This really resonated with where I'm at, and transitions in my own life right now. Also, this business is super cool and I can't wait to come back and try the bathhouse!
