Se alle anmeldelseneI really liked CCY’s new hot yoga space. It has padded floors and high ceilings with a few windows for natural light. Hektor’s practice was just what I needed a day after doing weights - a hot room with intentional mediation and stretches in a heated room. He gave clear directions with modifications as we did a few repetitions of a few flows. He exuded a calm and peaceful vibe which I appreciated to start my day.

No mirrors and two walk of windows have made both sunset and sunrise classes blight the sweat on your arms. As you do warrior 2 pose in this studio your extending arm with glow like honey! I’m in love with this studio. I want everyone and no one to know about it. And they have the best showers!

They even have water bottles for free if you forget one. they have two instructors in the room as well, One to instruct the class and One to do hands-on adjustments. I also always appreciate a cold eucalyptus towel at the end. :)
