I arrived at the venue at 12:40 PM, only to be informed that the class actually started at 1:30 PM according to the venue's original schedule. High energy which really translated to the class, she embraced the fun as The class was completely full of 1st time trial. I’m sure that is quite difficult for the trainer to be so engaging when she is a professional and has huge experience to make us all feel comfortable and willing to trust her. I 100% would highly recommend it. and I’m 59 struggle with my hip this was perfect.
