Really good first time experience for aerial yoga. Grace was very nice and patient and tried to really encourage and accommodate my lack of experience - it was fun and challenging ! The studio was a bit smaller but very cozy and perfect for a 4 people class.

man sze is a really good teacher. she has a soft spoken voice and is hands on for corrections.. the only draw is in shavasana we couldn't hear her guiding voice during our relaxation as the 2 rooms are too close and we could hear the male tr. in other room counting down 5, 4, 3 , 2 , 1 🤪 suggest to use some music to drown the voice / the other instructor can lower his voice ... else the class was very good and had strengthening also along with stretching.

Tried Mey’s belly dance class for the first time – it was so much fun! Loved having Rob on the drums, and the whole vibe was super lively. The classmates were all really nice too. The room was just a little bit small, but overall such a happy class! 💃✨
