Se alle anmeldelseneI really enjoyed Luke’s classes. He plays really good music and has great energy. I enjoy taking the Sunday classes as it’s a perfect time to feel accomplished over the weekend. The class is not always full, but I don’t mind at all. Sometimes I prefer that.

Initially, I felt a bit overwhelmed, but a friendly trainer greeted me and explained the session layout. The trainer guided me through the first set, offering corrections, and the rest of the workout follows the beep of the clock. I appreciate the self-paced nature of the workouts, as it doesn’t put too much pressure on me. The workouts are definitely challenging but also enjoyable. As a beginner to the gym routine, I feel very welcome, comfortable, and at ease. Plus, there’s no pressure to join a gym membership or classes.

The studio is new and it’s nice and clean. I like how there’s a juice/smoothie bar but it was closed when we got out of our class. I was told you can preorder ahead of time though.
