To add a layer to the greatness, I took her class to ease myself back on to the reformer after a knee injury and she took the time to shout out a modification for every single move. I can’t describe how I felt when I finished the class. Real skill. I’d recommend her class to anyone on Earth.

Se alle anmeldelseneI am a newbie when it comes to Mat Pilates, and this was my first ever heated class, so I was definitely struggling compared to the other girls in the class lol but I absolutely love how motivating the instructor was, the playlist, the props, and the atmosphere. I will definitely be back to try again and hopefully do a little better than I did today!
