Se alle anmeldelseneAllie is an incredible instructor. She is great at micro instructions, which is how you get better in Yoga. It’s not the pose- it’s how your body is responding in every part to the pose. She makes the class go by quickly because it’s intense but yet so exhilarating and when you’re done, you feel such peace because you have worked your body in such healing ways that your body appreciates!
