Amazing first class. The front desk girl Maddison was super sweet and made me feel welcome. I told her it was my first time back from having twins and she was very motivating . Jermaine was the absolute best instructor . Music was motivating . It was challenging but I felt amazing when I was done !

I thought this is awesome for a personal training class…However, the next thought was maybe less interest or engagement or experience brought by Nate, because of a lot of a lesser interacted class - Wrong. He’s there for you side-by-side. This was valued, and showed immensely about how committed he is to bringing his best self forward, and all circumstances and how he operates..
