I especially appreciated how the instructor focused on teaching me the proper posture and form throughout the session. My abs were burning towards the end! 💪💪 The water boards were definitely a great way to engage your core and build your balance and stability. Be prepared to sweat if you come in the summer, as it is outdoors. Would 100% come again, great class!
