She comes to every class so well prepared and is constantly changing things up, so no two classes ever feel the same. She’s incredibly attentive to everyone in the room, always making sure we’re doing the movements correctly and adapting exercises to different levels, so beginners, intermediate and advanced can all get the most out of the same class. You can reallyy see how much she loves what she does in the way she teaches. She’s constantly learning, improving and bringing new techniques into her classes, and somehow just keeps getting better.
