This feedback is for the studio- I think the weight rack should have some organization so during the class it’s easier for those that want a heavier weight than 20lbs to easily grab a weight and get back to their spot. I find that I waste a decent bit of time waste searching on the rack for the weight I want.

She is everything any successful instructor SHOULD BE. She lifts you up, pushes you, and overall believes in your capability. So sad she won’t be teaching anymore but thankful to have been in her presence and learned how to be a better rider because of her class!

So good she left me wanting to leave a review for the first time! This is probably my 5th class with her specifically. She has a very genuine energy and it makes the class feel like a true yoga class. I know many yoga chains tend to give the vibes that yoga is just another workout but true yoga is meant to be a mental and physical practice, your mind and body working together and Shelbe does a wonderful job and combining the two. The instructor mostly stays on a stage in the middle, so don’t expect to get instruction on your form. The nice friendly welcome at the front desk, the scent and sounds are on point and the studio has everything a woman needs to get a workout in and leave rejuvenated and refreshed! As for the workout itself? WOW! every single part of my body was feels great! I flowed through each set with grace under Sarah’s guidance! Which btw… happens to be a great instructor! She demonstrates each move and has an overall sweet personality! I highly recommend this studio!
