This was my very first barre class and it was simple enough to learn the (new to me) moves, though it was super challenging in a good way. I also didn’t have to purchase the grippy socks, but you do slide around a little if you opt for your regular ones. I plan to return!

She was so sweet and friendly and really took her time breaking down the specific dance moves which was much needed for someone like me who doesn’t pick up the moves first time around. I wish the class was two hours long because class ended just as we got the hang of it! She teaches different styles and this time we learned a Kuwaiti version. I wore workout clothes and yoga socks but next time I’ll bring a scarf to wrap around my hips and maybe some ballet shoes without the grip on the bottom like my socks had.
