Haley is a great instructor. Her combos were effective and not dragged out super long like some studios I’ve been too. Nice studio and nice vibes.

I worked up such an unexpected sweat in this class, and walked away feeling ready to conquer the day. Love this class, thanks Laurel!

Se alle anmeldelsenei’m obsessed w jenny’s classes and love this studio!! i will just say that recently parking has been SOOOO stressful, try to give yourself 5-10 minutes to look for parking. there are a lot of restrictions on the streets and the parking lot fills up quickly. thankfully the studio is really understanding if you are a few min late, just not ideal!! love u guys

Mike was also very mindful of my injury and made sure I was good with the exercises. love the energy and vibe of the trainers and clients. I will be back!
