At first I was worried the samples were what we needed to use for the showers but I was pleasantly surprised. The smoothies were a great after workout snack, I’m going to have to check next time I go if they have an almond milk alternative. The class I took was focused on upper body lifts and cardio. The running portion was my favorite part. I want to take another class that isn’t upper body focused but core focused. Nazinga was great! Would love to take another one of her classes!

see all reviewsI would classify this as a yin practice, however, unlike other classes I've taken elsewhere, Lola is a fun and interactive instructor. She actively surveys the room to see which areas need the most attention that evening and usually has me laughing at least once while holding a stretch. She focuses on functional stretching for modern lifestyles, so expect to start each class with your legs up the wall to counteract a day of sitting and to wind down with poses that help correct "tech neck". She also incorporates essential oils as we center our breath and singing bowls into savasana- such a treat! One of my favorite classes and 100% worth the drive from DC.

see all reviewsI'm just getting back to strength training after several years off due to multiple injuries and have been struggling to find a group class that can provide adequate modifications as I relearn movements with my new range of motion. BodyMass blew every other gym I've tried through CP out of the water. Boris was able to explain each superset and then actually give personalized attention while we worked at our own pace. I watched him regularly check in, provide tailored modifications, and adjust weights as needed for each of us during every set. The workout felt very approachable for a beginner but I'm still feeling it three days later- so I know it was effective. I also really liked that this class focuses on strength only (no cardio) and that they offer upper/lower body specific classes. This was my first visit but I'll be back!

He addressed common misconceptions with the form of exercises and made sure everyone knew what was coming up next. He communicated honestly about membership options without coming off as a businessman. It can be hard to coach a group of people with varying abilities who are all lifting different weights, but Tony did it effortlessly. He was a natural coach and teacher. As someone who gets motivation from lifting with a group, this was exactly what I needed today. Looking forward to returning!
