I came for pilates but they also had other amenities like plunge (which I wanna try!). Changeroom is tiny with the amount of ladies that are in there. Only two sinks. You have to wait some time as some are not considerate. I would come prepared to shower at home instead!

Se alle anmeldelseneI may have found my favourite studio and class ever! I was immediately telling my friends about when I walked out of the locker rooms. The playlist was killer. Candice was amazing and so nice and her instructions were clear and to the beat of the music. The red lights were amazing. The class was amazing. It was the perfect amount of challenge to make you sweat and shake but not too much to make a beginner give up. The facilities are incredible, it was like a fancy spa. Everything was so thoughtfully and intentionally designed, down to how the lobby was lit after your red light class. 10/10

Despite their best efforts the noise carries a lot and can be quite disruptive. If possible, it would be amazing if shavasana was prioritized and people held off on entering the studio until after it ends. 😊

The breakdown was not very difficult so you could add your own bit to it and the sequence was just long enough that my brain didn’t Fry. It also gave me a good little workout and I love the warm-up. I would definitely do this class again.
