Rhea is a great facilitator and curates a relaxing, peaceful space, but the full-on gargling on the other side of the room was challenging to meditate through. No need to bring a mat or a towel or a blanket, they’ve got everything. The girl was kind enough to hand me one as I brought cash but they only take card. Instructor was very attentive and came to fix my posture a few times. Gave some modification options as well. I have hearing problems but her speech was very clear. Will be back 🙏🏽

It was just amazing. He did push us a bit more than the usual routine but in a way, doable. I’d recommend Yard again and again. All trainers are amazing as always! So there’s no hit or miss here, unlike any other place!

Today it was a bit strong upon entry but I was fine within a few minutes. Alli is the best yoga teacher I’ve taken from in North America. Truly leads a wonderfully invigorating yet challenging practice. I left feeling peaceful, renewed and strong.

It is a dry pedicure, which I was a little unsure about at first because I’ve had a dry pedi somewhere else before and really didn’t enjoy it, but this was completely different. It was SO relaxing and honestly one of the nicest pedicures I’ve had. She took her time, the whole experience felt really pampering, and my toes came out so pretty! Definitely don’t let the fact that it’s a dry pedi put you off. I would absolutely get it again! 💕
