I had class with Shae-Lynn and she was SOO challenging and so fun! I love her voice, it’s so soothing I forgot I was even stressed earlier. Left feeling refreshed, will definitely be back !!!

Se alle anmeldelseneDid sauna, was hooked. first time in my life to try cold plunge. felt great afterwards. legs couldn't tolerate the coldest tub (because I dipped too slow and chickened out). an expert showed me that the fast plunge is the best way (so that I don't let the instinct prevent me). can't wait to try that out next time. or maybe. either way, the (least) cold plunge is, at least, a must.

I appreciated the Dyson hair dryer in the changing rooms .. sauna is so spacious and I loved the tea room and plunge pools.. everything was amazing and I am glad I found this place 👍

Se alle anmeldelseneWhat a great experience! This was my first ever float so I was a bit nervous. The staff member working was so helpful, he showed me around, explained how the process worked, and just overall put me at ease. The tank I was in was a large cabin sized one that could fully stand in. Laying down I could stretch out without touching the sides (keep in mind that I’m 5’3”). They give you ear plugs that I highly recommend using. I started without them because someone else’s review scared me off wearing them, but my ears were super uncomfortable in the water, so I got out of the tank to put them in and it was a much better experience after that. I did this float session after an intense HIIT spin class and my leg muscles are barely stiff, even 8 hours later. I’m going to try this spin & float combo again soon because the recovery post-workout has exceeded my expectations.
