It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

I’ve seen comments about how it’s 45 instead of 60, the 60 minutes includes your time to prepare beforehand and after getting out.
