I was late for my appointment due to the parking situation, and was readily accommodated into the following session. While I waited, I was invited to draw medicine tarot cards and read a bit about what they meant, which was a nice touch. Val helped me get set up in the cave and told me a bit about the history and medicinal properties of Halotherapy. Overall a great experience!

One of the best massages I've ever gotten, and she had me so relaxed that I literally fell asleep a few times. I did the infrared sauna afterwards and felt amazing! I’ve gone to many massages in my life, where deep tissue feels like a light tickle. Also, who cares if it’s in the back of a nail salon. At least you’re in your own sectioned off area and not in a room with 50 other beds and no curtain. It’s also really quiet back there- because it’s far away from the street and you don’t hear the street noise. The little water dripping noise was really nice.
