see all reviewsMarinna was highly motivating and a challenging instructor. Really enjoyed this class and her energy. It was my first time at Barre Belle and I would go again. We didn't actually use the bar, which I'm not mad about. Use of steps, booty band, mat and medicine balls. Lots of lunges. Music was good and studio was clean. LOVED the added touch at the end where they gave us complimentary cold towels (lemongrass scent was a nice bonus) considering how much you sweat in the class.

see all reviewsI really liked Gillian's class. I think her pace is excellent with both the mat and treadmill workouts. Her writing is a lot more organized as well so it's easy to follow the mat workouts and I don't feel like I'm being rushed to hopefully finish one cycle. I think she might be my favourite instructor at Elle!

see all reviewsA good workout/strength class but it wasnt my best experience at One Academy. A lot of time is lost for the explanation, the circuit of 10-15 exercises is only explained at the start of the class and there are no written outlines to remind you what to do throughout. Also, there werent many modifications offered and the ones that were offered were still quite advanced. It is still a friendly environment.
