Love that she gave us a lot of water breaks as it was Hot Yoga session. Yoga mats are required, but they do provide yoga blocks for you in the class.

She was so kind and went through everything about the machine with me which i appreciated ALOT! She made it a less daunting for me! I was honestly failing so hard while doing the exercises but she was so patient and helped me through it. Adjusted my machine and everything and was just-so helpful! Loved this class so much! 🥰🥹
