Se alle anmeldelseneThis was my first time at Kodawari and taking a yoga sculpt specific class and I have to say I was so thoroughly impressed and enjoyed it! Fatima at the front desk was so kind and showed me around, and the class itself was a burner! It was challenging, but still modifiable, for someone who has regularly practiced yoga there were similar foundational moves, but it was definitely more on the sculpt side. I’ve tried a lot of sculpt/pilates-esqu classes in this immediate area and I must say this was by far my favorite! It was very clear that Tammie the instructor knew what she was doing and as a student that’s what we come for! Will definitely be back!

I tried the red light therapy which has the added amazing benefit of lying on a PEMF mat and that evening I slept so well and the next day I had an incredible amount of energy and excitement for life. I felt great for at least another two days, which brings me to today so I'm not sure how long the benefits last. (I used program number three). I also tried the cryotherapy, (today) which is so cool! It is way way way better than cold plunging. And they also have a bunch of other fun stuff including a therapy that I did not try, but after 20 minutes of just lying there you basically get a 3 to 4 hour strength workout, WOW! so many super cool things here.
