She provided the options and modifications to kick it up a notch, or not, which felt very respectful of everyone’s bodies and energy. And her voice was fantastic and so calming. Kai was very professional, strong, and seemed to know where all my painful spots were without me even telling him what I needed. I even put in my intake form that I was allergic to lavender and she mentioned that she did not put any lavender in her diffuser throughout the day; which I found thoughtful. I asked for a deep tissue massage and she gave one! It wasn’t the type of type tissue where it hurts so bad you want to leave. She applied deep pressure to areas and it was deep…but I could feel the areas releasing. By the end of the massage, I felt loosey goosey! She was sweet and it was easy to get to her studio.
