I practiced Muy Thai for a few months so I got to learn the basics for kick boxing. I would recommend seeing a coach 1 on 1 or going to some sort of slower paced class to learn the basics before going to a class like this. Once you have the basis down, you’ll be golden and LOVE it!

He was very thorough at explaining each workout and was very helpful and hands on when it came to form. He also let me decide how much or how little weight I thought I could handle (which as a beginner was encouraging). Lastly, everyone was so nice and helpful! The gyms atmosphere and community was super inviting and uplifting. I’ll def be going back!!
