Se alle anmeldelseneAmazing!!! I have been going to Mallory’s classes for months. She is such a wonderful yoga instructor. I love her calmness and her clear direction. Her yin classes are incredible! I feel like a new person after them and get great sleep. If you feel tight and tense, I highly recommend her yin classes! These involve long stretches and poses, but gentler on the body.

He provides multiple variations of postures to meet the needs of people in different ranges from beginner to advanced yogi. Also everyone has tattoos who shows up to his class so it’s always entertaining to see the artwork. Totally love this class!

While this is definitely not my kind of workout class, I was comfortable and had some fun during it. The facility was very clean and has an array of amenities. HUGE plus for that! The only thing that really turned me off was the pressure to sign up for monthly classes. I haven’t experienced that yet at any of the studios I have gone to, though they weren’t “gym style” studios so that could be the difference. Otherwise, I will drop in here and there for a class with my bestie but it wasn’t my jam.

I feel like the people here who complained about this class have no idea what kundalini yoga is. It is Breathwork + movement! It is not a regular vinyasa flow class. The sound bath at the end was genuinely moving — the teacher is a talented sound master, so lucky to have happened upon this class! Wowowowowowow!!!
