Se alle anmeldelseneThis is a new class I’ve never been to at Two Waves and it was a great spark to a sluggish morning! The instructor was very attentive and gentle, we did a series of core stretches (with and without provided items) that focused on lengthening and stability. It had various levels of difficulty which made a casual student feel challenged but also not too intense. The funk music was vibey, not distracting and was a very pleasant way to start a Saturday, I’ll definitely be back!

Se alle anmeldelseneFirst time visit, ended up being the only person in class after some cancellations. Kim was approachable and explained things well for someone newer to yoga. The studio is brand new and beautiful. I was told there is a shower available but did not use it, but I can see this being handy especially after having a class in the hot room. Overall a great first experience.
