He teaches an awesome class with very clear instructions for beginners and experienced yogis alike.. I love going to this studio. I liked that the instructor walked around to make sure people knew what they were doing and was there to help everyone. It felt supportive, encouraging, and strong! Highly recommend!

Everyone in class was so supportive for my first time. I didn’t do as well as I’d liked but I didn’t feel judged or embarrassed. Anything she saw me struggling with, she offered moderations.
