Se alle anmeldelseneThis is a new class I’ve never been to at Two Waves and it was a great spark to a sluggish morning! The instructor was very attentive and gentle, we did a series of core stretches (with and without provided items) that focused on lengthening and stability. It had various levels of difficulty which made a casual student feel challenged but also not too intense. The funk music was vibey, not distracting and was a very pleasant way to start a Saturday, I’ll definitely be back!

Se alle anmeldelseneLisa was very welcoming and a great instructor. She was easy to follow and if you’re new to yoga or just returning, she explains every move in detail rather than just shouting out poses. I appreciated her teaching style and will likely take more classes in the future
