I love that no matter how long I’ve been away, when I come back she always helps me correct my form and makes sure I’m getting the most out of every movement. Her energy is so positive and welcoming, and the vibes in class are always high. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and creating a great experience every time. Highly recommend!

Class is beginner friendly, not advanced (and personally was not challenging at all) and would’ve liked more moves that were less about balance (which just feels like a regular class) and more about strength/ Pilates with weights (what’s I would expect from a class called Lift). Better if you are newer to Pilates and still building your foundation.
