    I'm always hesitant to book Barry's because I'm not a runner and it's intimidating. Every time I go, I always do more than I thought I was capable of! Taryn was a great encouraging instructor. The music was perfectly timed to help push even harder on the treadmill. I'll definitely take her class again!
