We practiced his Opening Series, and although it was definitely challenging, it felt incredibly rewarding. Amit’s guidance through the sequences was clear and supportive, pushing us in the best way possible while ensuring we focused on alignment and breath. I left feeling invigorated and inspired to keep improving. Highly recommend this class for anyone looking to deepen their practice!
