I’m learning to move and I feel carefree messing up. That night we learned a full choreo. It was so fast and fun. I also have thyroid issues, so my body gets heated up. For all new dancers out there, it’s ok to step back a bit, hydrate.

This class feels like a tight knit but also warm and welcoming community — Chai instantly knew who I was and greeted me as soon as I walked through the door I was a first timer there. You’re constantly moving and dancing throughout the entire class so you’ll work up a good sweat, and you end up learning a good chunk of choreography by the end of it. Good energy and vibes all around — I’ll definitely be back!
