I am a beginner level in pilates the instructor was always able to provide intermediate options as well as walk around helping everyone with their posture. I would definitely recommend this class and will be back again soon.

The choreography was easy to follow and had just the right level of intensity. Expect to burn around 400 calories while having a blast! Loved the session. I'll definitely plan my next class soon!
