Absolutely amazing class! Rachel is so knowledgeable about both the asanas of yoga and the spiritual teachings - I thoroughly enjoyed her explanation of the 8 limbs of yoga at the beginning of class. Class was held in the rooftop yoga dome, creating a nice inside/outside experience. Will definitely be coming back for more of Rachel’s classes!

Whew! What a class! I was dripping sweat all throughout! Definitely needed a lot of breaks which we were encouraged to take if our bodies needed it. Loved the music! Loved the energy! Loved the much needed affirmations before and after the class. I will be back for more.
