A lot of instructors don’t really pay attention or help you, but leave it to Momo to literally pick you up 🤣. This is by far my favorite class and instructor !!

With uneven, worn out cushion made for an uneven base during our leg series which made my knee joint unstable, as weight was excessively distributed back and forth from the arch of my foot to the edge of the foot. Considering the cost of classes here. I’m hoping to see some new reformers soon.

Rachel is great at interacting with students from start to finish. Her routine was so much fun. Every single block flowed into the next. She chose such effective moves for each series. Her divided up her full range, pulses and holds perfectly. I’m tempted to buy a class pack with Define. Rachel made my experience with Define fantastic.

Her music is always amazing. It was my first 6am with Mallory, and her playlist was perfect. Extremely upbeat but not overbearing. 10/10 recommend taking her class.

This was not unique to her, this is every Lagree class. Also please ask before hands on form corrections. I don’t mind them but I like to be asked first. Great workout overall & instructor was nice.

Suggestion to encourage newbies to pick middle spots so they can look at others around them for form checks especially if class are full and instructors aren’t able to demo on the mega.
