Se alle anmeldelseneFor my first time in the space, I really enjoyed it! Everyone was energetically aligned and I e joyed Angelica’s cues and overall flow. A great balance of strength and methodical movement. I was definitely building heat but not in an overpowering way, but more intentional. Her cues and music were synced and I would def recommend (and attend!) this class!

I loved the warm (not hot) room, and her reflections on the new moon cycles made the experience feel peaceful and restorative. I left feeling refreshed and grounded and would definitely take a class here again!!

The class focused on extended holds (up to 5 min) with lots of props (chair, bolsters, blocks, horses, various wood supports). I would recommend it for older people and those with injuries or mobility issues.
