She has built a sense of community around her HotFiit classes. Do I necessarily remember every move we did in class? Nope. But I remember that Lori made me feel strong, capable and balanced. Se alle anmeldelseneLast night I finally got to take my best friend Erin’s HOT HIIT class (it’s been a long while), and it did not disappoint! 🔥💪 The workout was incredible, the music was on point, the atmosphere was so much fun, and Erin brought such positive energy that kept everyone motivated from start to finish. I also brought my new coworker, Alyssa, to her very first class. Erin immediately made her feel comfortable, included, and encouraged every step of the way. Seeing someone go out of their way to make a first-timer feel welcome says a lot about who they are. If you’re looking for a challenging workout with great vibes and an instructor who genuinely cares about everyone in the room, I can’t recommend Erin’s class enough. ❤️

Se alle anmeldelseneI finally took Liv’s Basic Yoga class, and I absolutely loved it! I’ve taken this style of class before (though it’s been years), and it was such a refreshing change from the Flow Yoga classes I usually attend elsewhere. Liv is an incredible instructor! Her cues were clear and easy to follow, she has a great understanding of anatomy, and she brought such positive, encouraging energy—especially for a 5:00 a.m. class! I left feeling challenged in all the right ways and definitely had that “hurt so good” feeling the next day. I still love Flow Yoga, but this class reminded me how much I enjoy slowing things down and really focusing on form, movement, and how good it feels to actually hold postures. My only wish is that The Foundry offered more Basic Yoga classes, especially in the mornings. 10/10—I’d absolutely recommend taking one of Liv’s classes!

The slow, controlled movements challenged me in a completely different way, and I loved every minute of it. I almost didn't make it because I was finishing up some work and thought about skipping it. Instead, I decided to take the class first and come back home to finish working and I'm so glad I did. I left feeling stronger, refreshed, and with such a clear mind. It was the perfect way to end the week and kick off the weekend. I'll definitely be back for another class with Sophia!

The class itself was great, definitely challenging but a good workout. I could feel every single muscle fiber in my glutes afterwards. And I appreciated that Patti does pretty much the whole class with us, it makes it easy to follow along!
